Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential IT markets, sourcing candidates from platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Shine, and reaching out to prospective clients for contract placements. - Analyze industry trends and compile data to support marketing strategies and business development plans. - Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and insights. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree. - 0-2 years of experience in IT sales or business development. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
